Spinware is amazing I will always shop there regardless of the owners but I noticed a shift in the vibe of the store since Jesse left the business this year.....

Jake is the man to go to if you want anything done I have come to find that out.

Overall customer service I would give a 9.5 out of 10

I don't know much about the new owner but seems to be pretty cool dude
