NEVER BUY GLASSES FROM SPEX CHICAGO. The customer service was good and they were kind but they guy was weird. He took a picture of me on his phone! And the worst part! They sold me kids glasses....

I had a wonderful experience with Spex in the Loop! The staff was so helpful and intent on positive customer service. They took the time to break down my insurance and different options for service. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new optometrist!
