Terrible customer service. If you return something you received as a gift you are told you can only exchange it for the same item in different size. WHAT if they don't have any left in stock? Kmart how about a gift card so your customer is happy?!?!?! Store Credit to get something else that is needed will gain you happy customers. Just saying. Otherwise people will shop elsewhere.
