Didn't do anything to set me up for surgery because I was uninsured but had no problem taking the $100 I had just for them to tell me I needed surgery and gave me two other doctor referals that required an even larger self pay service, thanks for nothing spectrum orthaepedics

Dr.Reister is a fine surgeon and I have no complaints about him at all That being said it's taking the billing dept.over 3 months and counting to refund me an over payment of only $17.99. The amount is small but to me the principle of it is large.If I was late in paying them by 90 days I'm sure I would be getting a collection letter.

Diagnosed myself!

I stopped in here because of a suspected knee problem, the staff was friendly but he bent my knee in such a way that was very uncomfortable. I had practically diagnosed myself by the time I went to the doctor so there were no surprises, but they gave me a sheet on exercises I am to do and sent me on my way, no followup from them though.
