I have updated my review of Spectrum House. Though my experience was frustrating, all of the staff here were really nice and the salon manager did graciously reach out to make things right. Thank you Nina:) They seem to have plenty of other customers who have been quite happy.

I have been trying out different places in Seattle to get my hair cut and I finally think I found my regular place.
