I contracted this floor refinish prior to listing my house for sale. After final completion I listed the house for sale. It was under contract in two days. Buyers stated appearance of floors was why they chose our house.

Spectrum floors met my short timeline and completed the project ahead of schedule. The communication was great and the finished project looks amazing. My floors were stripped, stained from light to dark and then protected all within 3 days. The crew was respectful and updated me on their progress each day. These guys are great! I am rehabbing an old 1952 bungalow that needs a lot of TLC. The floors had been covered with carpet, vinyl and black tar for years and now they look great.
