6 months, ac in small group exercise has been not working. Hot, hot, hot. 911-someone will collapse due to overheating. Various managers notified and reporting not effective. Next step, public health or agency certifying health clubs?

When I joined this gym back in August 17 I was very impressed. The asscociates made me feel like family, the ladies locker rooms and bathrooms were clean etc. ever since the old GM left and they got this new guy it has gone down hill and continues to decline. Employees were cleaning the bathrooms so that is done poorly. The turn over rate is huge. The same people that would greet me everyday...

Still waiting for AC to be returned to the women's area -it's so stuffy in there that the door has to remain open for air flow. Also getting hot and stuffy in most areas of gym. If the front desk associates are wearing short sleeves, it's a sure bet that we need some AC

Please tear off the carpet on the benches at the very least in the locker room area. Completely unsanitary!! Also, I frequently use the racquetball courts and floors are desperate need of repair due to multiple water leaks that hasn't been resolved. Finally, several courts have burned out light bulbs!!! PLEASE FIX!!!!!

I wish the cardio equipment was in better shape, there were about 10 treadmills at this facility but only three were in working order and were usable, quite a waste in my opinion. This seems to be a frequent problem at many Golds locations.
