The home health aid as the so call it only works when she wants to she is always sick sneezing and coughing with a cold or the flew I have to do her Job for her Because she does not do it good!!!! Just recently had A mild heart attack!!!! I am so mad I don't even know what to do. I don't feel well I am always catching her flew. My mother has been receiving home health aide services from Special Touch Home Care for around 3 years. Her regular aide (Janet) has become a part of our family. Janet's knowledgeable about my mother's condition (dementia) and extremely compassionate. When she's unable to make her shift there's always a competent replacement at my mom's home on time and ready to help. It's not easy seeing her in the condition she's in, however the extra help that Special Touch has provided us with has really been priceless.
