Spay Houston's staff is unfriendly and very rude, especially the receptionist. If you wonder why you don't get business, maybe you should look at the receptionist.

I have used this clinic multiple times without any issues both with house cats and feral cats. Staff and vets courteous and willing to answer questions. Most of the staff have pets of their own and many work with rescue groups. They truly care about the animals.
