I bring them my dirty clothes, they give me back my clean clothes. They're timely and never damage my stuff. That's about all I ask of a dry cleaners. My only complaint would be that they ask you when you want your clothes done and, if you ask for a date/time to soon, they tack on an extra fee without telling you. Otherwise, they are fine.
