The girls here seem to feel the need to speak their minds when it is not welcomed. My friend and I went in recently and she left humiliated by a comment one of the girls made about her ID. A completely avoidable issue had the girl had better work etiquette. It's disappointing because I loved shopping the clearance selection but probably won't make another trip in.

I do like the quality of most items here. There is a separate rack of Anthropologie items and I have seen Joeie and splendid tops priced $12.99 in great condition when in the stores these items are upwards on $60 to $100 bucks retail. They have a good selection of gently used clothing (designer to off brand) and a wide range of sizes. Prices are just ok. I've found both some great deals and some not so great deals. The staff is always very friendly and the store is very clean and orderly!
