My experience was good the first visit, although very pricey. However, I brought my little, elderly dachshund named Bubba in for a nail trim. we weren't greeted at the front desk, the technician ( who said it was her first day ) knocked over a canister of long Q-tips and tongue suppressors onto the floor. She not only put them all back and on the shelf, she added the dirty one she put into Bubba’s ear. I called her attention to it as she walked away. I waited for over 1 hour because the vet techs don't trim the nails, the doctor does. He was with a new patient, and just as he had done days...
Dr DeShazer and his staff are WONDERFUL. You can feel the LOVE, it is palpable! If you really want the best care for your pet family members, you wont find better than Spanish Trail. Dr D has done everything for our pets (both dogs and cats) from shots to the end. The love and concern not only for our pet, but for us when we had to put Barkley to sleep made his passing more tolerable.
