Awful Doctor!

The doctor was rude and acted like I came there to waste her time. I had to pay a $20.00 co-pay just to have her be snotty to me, get an attitude with me, act like I was wasting her time, and do nothing for me. I won't ever go here again.

When I first moved to Las Vegas and needed quick health care; this was the place I visited. UMC is close to home and the Doctor(s) and staff were great. Just off of Boulder Hwy. and Tropicana....

Dr. Lorena Padre was hard to understand, impolite, and had a terrible bedside manner. She never once said "Please or Thank you." nor smiled. Pay first to find out they couldn't do anything. Not even a referral or a recommendation. Was told over the phone by staff to come by. Waited 4 and one half hours to be seen by a doctor that lasted about 60 seconds. Waited another 20 minutes for a prescription. Went in at 12:30 and got out at 6:00pm!! A bit much...
