I have purchased two HotSpring Spas over the years from Spa Expo and have experienced fantastic service when needed. They also deliver my chemicals to me at no extra charge!
Having dealt with Spa Expo for over 15 years I can honestly say they are one of the best companies I've ever dealt with. I recently bought my second spa and the experience was great. It is so refreshing to deal with an organization whose people actually do what they said they were going to do, when they say they're going to do it. They do business the way business should be done!
SPA EXPO outsources their delivery, so they have\r\nno control. Do not trust the delivery date they give you!!! And when they do not deliver on the expected day, they will NOT call to tell you. My experience \r\nhas been very, very negative with SPA EXPO.
