He was very personal, professional, educated, knowledgeable and prompt. The report was done in a timely manner and he sent us the 5 page report over the computer as well as mailed a hard copy. He took pictures and included them in the report. I would recommend him but be prepared to pay at least $550.00 for a similar report.
