No matter what the situation is with this company every lady in the Brandon is rude. You try to be polite because everyone has a off day but when it is every time you call or go in it becomes ridiculous. Before having their service I was with Entergy and never had a problem with the customer service. I thought going to a smaller company my experience would improve but I guess not.
