Southern Hills used to be a friendly organization where one could go for help and find a professional staff that truly cared. I don't know what has transpired over the past few years, but the receptionists are (harried?) curt, rude, and totally inept; the psychiatrists on staff change with the weather; and the therapists seem to have agendas of their own.
