The worst company that my husband and I have dealt with by far. Horrible and unreliable craftsmanship, lacking punctuality, honesty and the retention of your employees is the absolute worst! We've had nearly 10 house calls since installing our new furnace and ac unit since it was replaced and even more before it all was replaced. Buyer beware! Do not use this company! The tech tried to help us out and fix the old unit we had. After that didn't work he put in the wrong size outside AC Unit. This wasn't working well so then we were told we needed to replaced the furnace too. After we called the new AC manufacturer, WE told Southern Comfort that the outside unit was not rated for the square footage of our house. After they replaced everything, it does work well.
