This dealership's management misrepresents contracts - stay away from any safe lease or service contracts - they will tell you lies to get you to buy it and won't stand behind it if you need to use it. The so called GM would not even give me his name, wonder what he is afraid of - maybe being exposed for what he is? A SCAM ARTIST. Would not recommend this dealership unless you want to end up beeing swindled and dooped.
Thank you to South VW service team. Got a great price on service ($20 less than quoted over the phone) and got car back sooner than expected. South VW team rocks. WIll be black for the 75k service interval.
