I always enjoy the personalized service I get when I come in. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I like that the vets take the time to listen and answer questions. You can tell their love for pets through the attention they give to them. I have been to other clinics in the area where they rush you through the process and really don't take the time to pet or talk to the pet. Those places...

I have been going to SMVH (Dr. Mark and his wonderful staff) for many years for vet services and kennel/boarding services. I had to have unexpected/emergency surgery in late January and SMVH was able to take my dog in and keep her for 3+ weeks. We're both back home now but so thankul that she got to stay somewhere familiar and receive great care in what could otherwise have been a dreadful...
