Help us make it rightI am amazed that I have found a place that really cares for their patients. The entire staff works as a team, provide outstanding care and support, and the heated salt water pool is just the ticket for arthritis plagued bones and joints. The National Arthritis Foundation pool exercise program is wonderful! Truly a jewel in South Austin!
I would agree with the previous review that there are some excellent PT's on staff - Ann, Lee, DJ, Carolyn, Julie, etc. But often it's difficult to schedule them so you get a student trainee. Not that they aren't also very good, but sometimes you want to have the pros!
DJ is fantastic if you need pool therapy. I doubt there is anyone better in town!
The entire staff is super friendly and makes you feel like you're at home, while still being professional. I have had only good to excellent experiences at the front desk!

The OT/PT staff is pretty good. Some are still learning but veterans like Anne and Rene are incredible. DJ is knowledgeable but talks about herself too much instead of focusing on the clients? problem.
The morning front desk lady is very friendly and patient. The evening lady, Veronica, however, is rude, impatient and is constantly on phone with personal friends. She doesn't pay attention to what she's doing and has even double-booked the same client with two separate OTs. She even interrupted my session to ask the PT a personal question, which she then asked several follow-up...
