Souper Salad sounds great, however the place is dirty (floors, silverware, etc.). The food is old and often you get wilted or rotted greens. I have been here once and will never return! Just plain bad.

My girlfriend went to start making her salad and asked the person restocking the salad bar about some dressing who in turn immediately got irate with her. The manager apologized and did return our money however.

Awful! I started coming to this location after the one in river oaks closed down. I love souper salad so I really wanted to love this location, but souper...

I love Souper Salad on West Grey for the price/quality combination. I expected the same here but there's lack of hygiene everywhere in the restaurant: trays, walls, seats, tables, etc. Will not return there!
