The first time I came here was about a year ago and I loved it! I recently went(last Saturday) and I was a bit disappointed:( The salads were not fresh at all. The lettuce, tomatoes, and fruits were dry and wilted. Unless, you have no other choice at the time, go somewhere else. This place is supposed to be fresh and healthy. They serve dry and old salads. Soups were not tasty either.

Not good value for money

The quality of the food is poor. The price is too high. Not a place where you would expect to have a server and feel obligated to leave a tip. Would not recommend this chain.

I really hate to give negative reviews, but unless you are a salad freak, skip this one. We agreed that the overall price was way too much when you consider what you get. For the same price you can go to a nice sit-down restaurant.
They have a nice salad bar with all the typical goodies you would expect including...

Good food, but noisy

Wifey and I like Souper Salad, but tonight one of the staff made a great deal of noise using a plastic broom and dustpan. It went on and on until we said something. Really? We shouldn't have to listen to the banging and have to pay to hear it
