Took my son here with a groupon. It was just okay food. It was lunch time and only one person was staffing. Some of the food seemed like it was just reheated leftovers. very dry meat, like it was left out on a counter. Bathroom is awful. The hot sauces on our table were empty and dirty. This restaurant is in an old house that smells moldy to me. I wouldn't go back.

5 STARS HANDS DOWN. Fried chicken mac and cheese, green beans and potato salad. I cant even explain how good this place is without tearing up. It was just everything I needed. SOUL you the real MVP

Good home cooked feeling meal upped 10 notches. Wait was a bit long, but worth the wait. Portion sizes were fulfilling and tasted amazing.... Must try the collard Greens, best I ever had. Well be going back to try the breakfast over the weekend.
