Front Desk lady was so friendly and personable, and they had the quality work to back her up! They got us up and running quickly and you can't even tell where we got hit.

Possibly the BEST example of customer service in the River Valley. Excellent repair work, exceeding expectations, and keeping the customer appraised of the process timeline. Even the insurance folks seem pleased when you choose Sorrells for your repair work.

My bumper needed repairs after it was dented in a parking lot. Sorrells did a fantastic job and my car looked like new when I picked it up. They are great people and it is a great place to do business!
