Dr Kern was on call for my great SCL physician and when Dr Kern called me she was rude.
She interrupted me, she was uncaring and made it seem like I was bothering her.
She also could not access my chart.
I hope I never have to speak or see her again.
Horrible physician in my opinion.
No help or concern at all.
