Been through here twice (wanted to give them a second chance). I was let down once again. If you ask for napkins, ketchup and salt....you should get napkins, ketchup and salt. Not complicated, or so you would think. And there IS a difference between Sprite...

I went thru the drive thru to order a rather complex dinner order. Each family member had special requests - from no pickles to extra chili and cheese etc. They got our order out very quickly with great professionalism - and everything was correct!
