I'm pretty surprised looking at all the negative reviews. I always stop at this Starbucks when I drive down to Austin because they're the only location that consistently makes my drink right...

This location has the worst customer service. Had a problem and Jacob just stared at me blankly and didn't say anything to help the situation.

Absolutely horrible customer service and drinks! I went through the drive through and ordered a "medicine ball" aka Honey Cirtus Mint Tea and it was served to me with busted teabags -- literally...

This place is okay. I threw up after corn dog but the slushes are AMAZING! I recommend getting a slush I do not recommend getting a corn dog or I just don't get anything with meat or cheese.

Shut this place down or make them take basic cognitive tests. I asked for a Venti Pike with heavy cream ... I kid you not.... it took FOUR attempts to get the heavy cream added to it. They made it...
