I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. I didn't mind that they didn't offer...
