I WOULD NOT recommend this storage facility. My unit flooded with water twice this year due to unusual weather conditions and poor facility management. I was at the storage facility as the flooding was happening, went right to the manager Gabriella, told her that water was being forced into my unit due to a foot high of snow in front of it that was blocking drainage of the roof and she told...

I am not happy with this storage unit company. I have had my things in storage for a while and they used to be fantastic. Then they went corporate and suck. Changes in prices, policies, late fees. They no longer care about the customer only money. The hours to use the lift are when they are there which is hardly ever.. wait.. 9-3 (cause everyone doesn't have a job).
