Jeff has been an inspiration since the day I've saw his first videos. Every time I meet him is a new learning experience that brings life long value. I met Jeff last Saturday. He is the best Trainer in the world! My absolute favorite Trainer!!! Jeff explained us everything step by step and he is so funny and such a nice person. I miss him already and I wish we will meet him again.
