Soleto Trattoria & Pizza Bar Restaurant Review

Soleto Trattoria & Pizza Bar from Innovative Dining Group (BOA Steakhouse, Sushi Roku) boasts a downtown L.A. location convenient to Staples Center and L.A. Live. A large central bar beneath an avant-garde chandelier give this place the feel of a neighborhood hangout, and for nearby downtown loft-dwellers, it's just that. There’s also a garden patio. The Italian-inspired menu includes shareable...

Conveniently situated a short walk from Staples and Nokia, this "solid", moderately priced Southern Italian is a pasta and pizza concept from the team behind Sushi Roku and Boa; the "trendy, but comfortable" space has an exhibition-style pizza kitchen, bare-brick walls and a garden patio surrounded by the skyscrapers of Downtown LA; it's also open late enough to catch a bite after seeing the...

Popular Easy Go "Watering Hole" 2 Blocks from the Convention Center

With the recent spate of relatively new restaurants on LA Live way...right near Staples and the Convention Center and near the new Ritz, visitors might now not wander 2 blocks down Figueroa to this casual bar. But locals do! the Happy hour drink prices are
among the best in town. The $5 a glass pinot grigio was a healthy pour...

Popped in for a quick bite to eat with my 16 yr old. It looked very nice, and was fairly empty on a Monday night as one might expect.
Overall it didn't disappoint- we had the calamari starter and a pizza with 3 toppings. It was all delicious, although they did mess up how we wanted the toppings, they brought...

It’s the only time during a very busy day you can grab your VIPs, drag them away from the noise, congestion and distractions of the show floor, and spend some time one-on-one. You listen, you learn, you laugh, you teach, you build relationships. To accomplish this gracefully, you need an...

Awesome vibe and freindly service

Came here after a long day at a conference to continue our business talks over some drinks and snacks. I thought the food menu was a little light but other than that had a great time. Our server was attentive but not pushy and the vibe was great. We came back the next night and we were greeted by a...

Good business district lunch

We came for a business lunch with a group from the office. We were about to walk i and get a table quickly. The service was good though would make minor mistakes like mixing up who had what drink. The food was good too. We had a couple of sandwiches and an entree. We left satisfied with the meal overall.
