Good food; high end Italian Mediterranean Seafood restaurant in the Oasis complex... just 1 mile from The Palms on Lake Travis! We recommend the salmon or the trout!

Perfect spot in the Oasis nightmare

As much as I try to avoid the "Disneyland" which now exists as the Oasis complex, I have found respite at the Soleil Restaurant. While the great wine list, varied food menu, and fantastic service are enough to make the drive, Soleil has the draw of Shelley Mac playing jazz on the breezeway. I will be making the trip again soon.

I admit that I am a big fan of Chef David Burton Sanchez. He had Apatite Cafe in Bee Caves and recently went to Soleil which is next to Oasis. Chef David introduced a new menu for Soleil on December 27, 2011. He is a true culinary artist. You will never be disappointed with your selection.
