Soldier Field Stadium was built in the 1920's as a memorial to American soldiers who had died in times of war. A world-class stadium, it is the home to the Chicago Bears football team. The stadium also hosts a varied number of events from concerts to bizarre events like tractor and truck pulls to ski-jumping off a 13-story platform. If you're in the area, check out the 250-foot granite wall...

Home of the Bears

Great place to watch a game, yes it looks a little "new" and a little "old" from the outside. some call it a a spaceship by the lake. But Me, I like it. I think it's a wondeful place to watch a game.

Went to the USA vs Costa Rica game for the Copa America Centenario. This is the third event I've attended here (all soccer games) and I've always had a pretty good experience. I was seated among the American Outlaws behind one of the goals, and it was a lot of fun. This stadium has great views and wonderful sight lines,...

My husband & I were lucky enough to be in Chicago when one of the Soldier Field tours were being held. We jumped on the chance to get a little behind the scenes look at the stadium, some history & see things that few get to see. There were maybe 20 people on the tour so it wasn't at all...

Prepare yourself for the $49 parking fee here & the only complimentary item for that fee was a rain poncho. However, the open-air stadium is fantastic! It's very accomodating for a large crowd, with plenty of entrances & easy seating information. However, The club level wasn't as close as it looked on the 360 online view. We were there for...

Soldier Field is located on Lake Shore Drive in Chicago, Illinois, and is currently home to the NFL's Chicago Bears. It reopened on September 27, 2003 after a complete rebuild (the second in the stadium's history). Many fans refer to the rebuilt stadium as the New Soldier Field.

Previously it was the site of the former All-Star Game, an exhibition between the last year's NFL champion and a...

Tips about this business (3)

Know Before You Go: A 33-foot sledding hill with a 220-foot slope open from sunup to sundown (weather permitting) offers fun for winter-sport enthusiasts who bring their own gear (no metal), plus great city and lake views anytime.

Fun Fact: The stadium opens two hours before game time, a good opportunity to see your favorite players while they warm up.

The Extras: There's a 280-foot-long granite waterfall wall and WWI "Doughboy" statue, just two of several veterans' memorials on-site.
