""zero stars"" My friend brought her car in for a routine oil change, after complaining non-stop about how much he ""hates working on her type of car"", the mechanic proceeded to torque on the oil filter with 3 different wrenches, the last being the size of my forearm, until he stripped the filter housing. He tried to tell her everything was fine for now but next time she would have to drop off her car for a couple hours. He admitted fault the first time then and there. when she went back for her next oil change (after oil had been leaking on her driveway) they gave her a bill for $220 for...
