Quality of furniture is good and our salesperson was good to work with when we were picking out furniture, but customer service after the sale is horrible. We special ordered a chair that was weeks late arriving in the store. No one followed up. When we called, no one had any information on the whereabouts of our chair. Kept telling us it would be in on Monday. Never called when it did arrive....
