i signed up in tbe beginning of Feb. I was told 6-8 weeks. Stll waiting. I haven't heard anything. Had I known the promises were not gonna be met I would have looked elsewhere. Not impressed
The fastest internet I've ever had with fantastic, local, customer service! I love that there are no bandwidth / download caps or limits and that they are a Columbia based company.
They sent 2 techs to our home to install a phone jack for internet service. The techs were very professional, they were on time, and finished the job quickly. They made sure to explain their work and ask if we had any questions. Socket made it so easy to get my internet up and running, I definitely recommend them!
I absolutely love Socket, I have had them as my internet provider for the past 3years. Their customer service is awesome. I plan on contacting my Representative and let them know I oppose the bill intended to put Socket out of business. That is unamerican to not have competion.
Second time this month service has been down. Called in to report the outage and the rep interrupted when I expressed that this seemed to be becoming a more common problem as of late.
