Walked in with my 10 year old son to return a jersey because the lettering was coming off. Was dismissed by the manager who said it was a defect and I need to contact the manufacturer. I replied that cant be right. "Shouldnt they take the jersey and deal with their rep instead "? I then asked for the owner , who immediately goes off on me saying Im threatening him and kicks me out.
