I've made numerous visits to So-cal and everyone was the best experience one could hope for. I have never been greeted by anything less than an honest smile and the service is just as great! As far as the food goes, I've not made it past the Newport tacos. I have always taken my order to go and I make it a point NOT to call ahead so I can take a few minutes to enjoy a cold pint of locally...

mediocre food, and slow service in a place that isnt very large and wasnt busy the day i was there. The to go and bar staff were very friendly and apologetic when i brought it to their attention that my order had taken almost 30 min. it seems like a nice place to stop in and have a drink, but I doubt that i'll be trying to go orders for the family again. There was one owner walking around more...

We have been several times and it seems the last two times the food is less, the service is off, and it feels more like a bar hang out than a place to eat. The last time I had an issue I sent an email and was told "sorry to hear that" with no other comments. It is pretty sad because it looks like what started off good is slipping big time.
