Stayed here for a skication with my family.
Check-in was cold, unaccomodating, and unfriendly, but I think it was an anomaly as all other check in staff were friendly.
When I called the manager to complain, she was apologetic and told me she'd make an adjustment on our bill to compensate. This never materialized when we checked out.

My husband and I just returned from a 4 night ski trip to Jackson Hole. We wanted to stay at Hotel Terra, but we couldn't book it on miles so we chose Snake River Lodge instead. Overall, I'm glad we did!

Excellent position at ski base with spacious well equipped rooms.
Extremely welcoming bar area serving complimentary apres ski snacks each afternoon from 4pm.
Hot tub pool indoor and out.
Pleasant helpful staff.
50 yards from the bus stop into Jackson Hole if your feeling adventurous. $3 each way compared to cab approx $30 each way.
