I've been working downtown and frequenting this location for over 4 years. I used to love the service here until the most recent staff showed up. 2 of the 3 employees are rude and careless and I have to repeat my order for them multiple times. I don't think I've ever gotten good service here. Maybe it's because I always come so early in the mornings and everyone's half asleep, but these people seriously seem like they hate their jobs....
