I am from the South and have been here 40 years. This is hands down the best BBQ that I've
eaten here. The Brisket is incredibly tender and smokey flavor throughout The sauce is perfect. The pulled pork as well as the spare ribs/baby back's are great quality and pretty darn great as well. I drove from Newport Beach, passed a few places on the way and it was worth the trip!
It is the best BBQ place in SoCal hands down. Fred is a veteran of the US military that learned the techniques of smoking from around this county. I'm from the south and can tell you, this is the real deal.

Oh my... where do I begin. I live in Newport Beach and the go to for BBQ is usually the large
chain that is well known. As I dialed the number and was placed on hold by a kid who was going to transfer me to another person to take my order, it dawn on me that I had to break the cycle and "get real". I am from South L.A. and other than a visit to Memphis or North Carolina, I haven't tasted...
