First off, if you have a problem with your shoes smelly like stale smoke, this is not the place for you, they whole shop reeks of it. She told me they would be done "next week". Went at 10:30 the following week on a Monday, she wasn't open. Went in the week after that, so 3 weeks from promised date, still weren't done, told her I'd come back the following week, came back 10 days later on a...

Smitty's is fast and freindly and can repair / alter just about ANY boot and luggage I have. They are great people to work with!
