Don't waste your time with anyone else. When I couldn't get in my safe at 8:30pm no one would help me because i bought the safe from someone else but Mr. Smith took his time and helped me troubleshoot the problem. I was just turning the dial in the wrong direction. I needed my passport and he was the only one who would help me. Since then they are the only locksmith co I'll do business with....

This place sucks there is a old grey haired man there that is rude, acts like a know it all. he does nothing but messes up half the time. Never going there again. I've gone for years but I hate dealing with this guy. :(
