Getting shirts back with double creases going down the front, last week got overcharged for cost of cleaning AND press although shirts were only pressed, this week the cost of pressing is different for no reason. Got a brand new dress shirt back stained, even though it came out of original packaging when it was dropped off.

This cleaners gave me the wrong shirt back. I have asked that the owner, Tim Bates call me for the past 3 weeks. He has yet to address the issue or call me back. As a small business owner myself this is not how I would treat my customers.
