Ordered cookie dough for our annual baking for Santa. Not only did they not have it ready when promised, they never bothered to call me back to tell me they wouldn't be delivering it at all. Imagine trying to find the ingredients at 5 pm Christmas Eve. I will never trust Smith's again!
