I went in expecting my regular six month cleaning. The hygienist did not introduce herself, I had to ask her name. She began taking X-rays without telling me what she was doing or why. I had to ask. The male Dr. Smith came in and began examining my mouth. The hygienist came back with this list of charges for services they wanted to perform.
