Service was ok until they delievered our t.v. back to us with no remote control they said that they could not bring it back to us until the following morning. My husband had to drive 25 miles out of his way to go and pick it up also they told us that someone in the office had put our remote with a differnt t.v. ours is a sharp and the other one was a samsung t.v. two differnt t.v.s why not just...

This is the best customer service I have ever experienced. They make Best Buy look like a joke. I you want real people and quality service I would recommend going here.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Called Samsung and was told Smith is the nw Indiana servicer for them.
I was very impressed with them.
Was ready to pay their the man but was informed by tech it would be covered by a factory recall.
I would have been happy to pay, but unit was repaired at no charge to me.
