This company has a terrible shipping policy. They assess the shipping AFTER the order, but don't send you an updated email invoice, and the invoice in your order is not updated. so, imagine the surprise when your credit card is charged almost $10 more when your order goes through.
THEN, if you return, they charge you MORE shipping. BUT the label you put on the box says FREE shipping, when...

I will not be shopping with Smith Brothers again. I ordered 2 pairs of jeans last week for a trip I am leaving for this Sunday, giving myself plenty of time to receive my order in time. After not receiving any conformation of shipment after 8 days, I called the customer service line to be told that my jeans are coming from a warehouse and will require an additional week for shipping.
