Friendly and professional. First time I went, I got the most thorough cleaning since the time I was a guinea pig at a dental school. And they were even better with my kids! But I was a little disappointed when I did everything they advised -- brush extra on lower teeth near saliva glands to prevent plaque, and floss using Waterpik -- and still had a bad checkup six months later.
